The experience and enlightenment of U.S.food safety management

通过介绍美国耕地保护法律、粮食补贴法律、粮食储备法律,分析美国在粮食安全监管方面的经验,并从这些法律制度中借鉴出适合中国国情的相关制度规定。从耕地保护、提高农民粮食补贴政策和保障国家粮食储备三个方面来论述保障国家粮食安全问题。完善当前保障我国粮食安全所急需的法律体系,从而为促进我国粮食的持久安全提供合理的制度保障。

Through introducing the land protection law,the law of food subsidies,food reserves of the United States,we analyze the experience of food security in U.S.and find the legal systems suitable for the situation of China.The paper is mainly to discuss the farmland protection and the food subsidy policies and the protection of national food reserves to perfect the China＇s legal system of food security and to provide protection for the stable food security.
