摘要
用Meta方法对依达拉奉在体外循环心脏手术中心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用进行调研分析。对收集到的符合要求的论文5篇(142例)的疗效和安全性、术后24 h心脏正性肌力药的用量、术后24 h心肌复跳率、心肌损伤指标(MDA、SOD、CK-MR、cTnl)等进行分析,结果显示在体外循环的心肌手术中应用依达拉奉对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。
The protective effective of edaravone for treatment of ischemic-reperfusion injury in patients undergoing cardiac operation were systematically reviewed and Meta analyzed.Five research papers（142 cases） were collected for Meta analysis.The indexes of efficiency and safety,the spontaneous return rate and the amount of positive inotropic medicines used within 24 h after operation,the plasma concentrations of MDA,SOD,CK-MB and cTnI were adopted to perform the Meta analysis.The results show that edaravone may have some protective effects against the ischemic reperfusion injury during the cardiac operation.
