摘要
氨曲南是单环β-内酰胺类抗生素,对大多数需氧-革兰阴性杆菌具有较好作用,它在我国使用有10余年,广泛用于各种严重感染。本文对1994-2009年中国期刊全文数据库中文献报道的氨曲南的不良反应进行整理,收集氨曲南导致ADR 13例,以过敏反应最为常见,偶见中枢神经系统反应及造血系统损害。
As a single loopβ-lactam antibiotics,aztreonam has good effects on most aerobic gram-negative bacteria.It has been widely used in a variety of serious infections in China for more than 10 years.In this paper,we collected adverse drug reactions（ADR） of aztreonam based on the literatures searched in Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CNKI） between 1994 and 2009.Thirteen cases of ADR caused by aztreonam were recorded and analyzed： the most common ADR were allergic reactions while central nerve system reactions and blood system damages were occasionally happened.
