摘要
昆明钢铁(集团)罗茨铁矿生产的铁精矿含硫0.46%、含磷0.45%,为使其降至0.2%以下,采用磁选—浮选试验流程。在最佳浮选药剂制度下,当pH为11.8时,试验可得铁品位62.89%、铁回收率89.78%、含硫0.139%、含磷0.193%的铁精矿。
The iron concentrate of KunSteel's Luoci iron mine contained 0. 46% sulfur and 0. 45% phosphor, To reduce the sulfur and phosphor content to below 0. 2%, the technical process of magnetic separation - flotation was adopted. Under the condition of the optimal flotation reagent scheme and pH 11,8, an iron concentrate of Fe 62.89% with a recovery of 89.78% was obtained. The sulfur and phosphorus content of the iron concentrate were 0. 139% and 0. 193% respectively.
