摘要
鳞片石墨矿是可浮性最好的矿物之一,但由于在选别工艺流程中要对大鳞片石墨加以保护,这给石墨选矿带来了很大难度。针对内蒙古某地晶质石墨矿进行鳞片石墨选矿工艺研究,为保护鳞片石墨,采用了预先选别选矿工艺,石墨精矿品位和回收率比普通浮选法分别提高3.46%和3.59%。
Flaky graphite is one of the best floatability mineral in the nature. It was difficult in processing graphite to protect the flaky structure of flaky graphite. For a crystalloid graphite in Inner Mongolia, preeoncentration technology had been used to protect flake graphite. The results showed that it can increase the grade and recovery of flake graphite concentrate by 3.46% and 3.59% respectively, comparing with common flotation technology.
