金矿选矿废水中高浓度硫酸根离子去除试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对金矿选矿废水中高浓度SO42-影响废水回收利用的现状,采用生石灰+PAC+PAM+活性氧化铝组合工艺对金矿选矿废水进行处理试验,研究发现,在碱性条件下,投加7 g/L生石灰、20 mg/L PAC、10mg/L PAM和22 g/L活性氧化铝处理后,对SO42-去除效果良好,出水浓度达到435.6 mg/L,回用可以满足金矿选矿用水水质要求,排放也能达到《重有色金属工业污染物排放标准》,并且工艺流程简单,处理效率高,运行稳定可靠,具有一定的抗冲击性能,有一定的实用价值。 The high concentration sulfate ions of the gold mineral water is harmful to recycling of wastewater. The combined process of quicklime + PAC + PAM + activated alumina was adopted to treat the wastewater. The results of experimental research showed that the effect on removal sulfate ions was good when dosing 7g/L quicklime, 20mg/L PAC, 10mg/L PAM and 10mg/L activated alumina in the alkaline conditions. The sulfate ions concentration in the wastewater after treatment was 435.6 mg/L, which can meet the quality requirements of the gold mineral water for recycling . and it also can meet Emission Standards for Pollutants from Heavy Non -ferrous Metal Industry. The process had a certain practical value for simple flowsheet, high efficiency, stable operation and reliable and a certain impact resistance.
