烘烤过程中不同变黄条件对烟叶主要化学成分的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用韩式密集烤房与三段式烘烤工艺技术,研究不同变黄程度转定色条件下中部叶主要化学成分变化.结果表明,随变黄时间的延伸9成黄转定色条件下,中部烟叶淀粉、总氮、蛋白质、烟碱含量降解充分;总糖、还原糖含量适宜;烟叶烘烤后,9成黄转火定色条件下,中部叶的化学成分含量适宜,各成分间比例协调. Effect of different yellowing on chemical component of flue-cured tobacco leaf during yellowing stage was stdied with South Korea bulk curing barn and Three Stage Curing of flue-cured technology.The results indicated that as the curing process proceeding,under the condition of 90% yellowing and high-speed color-fixing,starch,total nitrogen,protein and nicotine in middle tobacco leaf degraded fully.The content of total sugar and reducing sugar was sitabl.Under the condition of 90% yellowing and high-speed color-fixing,the content and ratio of chemical composition in the cured middle tobacco leaf were more appropriate
