摘要
目的调查分析消防院校学员心理健康特点及影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1820名学员进行测试,测试结果进行统计分析并与军人常模、地方常模比较。结果 1)学员SCL-90各项得分均低于军人常模和地方常模。2)学员心理健康问题主要表现为强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执和抑郁等症状。3)学员心理健康水平表现出性别、年级和队别的特征。结论消防部队院校学员心理健康水平有别于地方人群和其他军种,但总体心理健康状况良好。
Objective To investigate the fire military academy students＇ mental health characters and potential influence factors.Methods 1820 students were investigated with SCL-90 scale,and the result was compared with the reference values of Chinese armymen and Chinese populace.Results 1） The score of each indicator in SCL-90 was lower than the reference value of Chinese armymen and Chinese population.2） The major finding of mental health problem among the fire military academy students were obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitively,paranoid ideation and depression.3） The variation were noted among different gender,grade and team groups.Conclusion Generally the military academy students＇ mental health is fine,but their mental health condition is different from the reference values of Chinese armymen and Chinese populace.
