孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患者体内炎症水平的影响

The Effect of Montelukast on Levels of Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:研究孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、NF-kB、TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法:检测40例急性发作期哮喘患者(哮喘组)孟鲁司特治疗前后外周血EOS、NF-kB活性、TNF-α、IL-10的水平变化,并与40例健康体检人员(对照组)作比较。结果:哮喘患者(治疗前)外周血EOS、NF-kB、TNF-α水平都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。哮喘患者治疗后,外周血EOS、NF-kB、TNF-α水平明显下降(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特对哮喘患者外周血EOS、NF-kB、TNF-α、IL-10的水平有一定程度的调节作用,从而降低支气管哮喘患者体内炎症水平,促进病情缓解与好转。

Objective To study the effect of Montelukast on peripheral blood eosinophils （EOS） count NF-kB activity and TNF-α, IL-10 levels in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Peripheral blood eosinophil count, NF-kB activity and TNF-α, IL-10 （with ELISA） were determined both before and after a course of Montelukast treatment in 40 patients with bronchial asthma as well as once in 40 controls. Results Before treatment, the EOS count, NF-kB activity and TNF-α level in the asthma group were significantly higher than those in the controls （P also 0.05）, while the IL-10 level were significantly lower than that in the controls （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the EOS count, NF-kB activity, TNF-α level decreased significantly （vs before treatment, P〈0.05）, but IL-10 level increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast treatment could bring about some regulatory effect on EOS count, NF-kB activity and TNF-α, IL-10 levels in peripheral blood of patients with asthma, reducing the severity of inflammation and enhancing remission.
