Sol-gel法制备钛酸锌微波介质陶瓷影响因素的研究

摘要 以钛酸正四丁酯,六水合硝酸锌,冰醋酸为原料,考察了pH值、前驱体反应温度、预处理煅烧温度等对钛酸锌粉体的形成过程和显微结构的影响,试验结果表明:在pH为2~3,Ti/Zn为1:1,Ti/HB为7:1~6:1,前驱体反应温度为35℃,能够在800℃下煅烧处理干凝胶粉末可获得纯偏钛酸锌粉体。 ZnTiO3 powders were prepared materials. The influence of pH value using tetrabutyl titanate, Zinc nitrate hexahydrate and glacial acetic acid as raw calcining temperature and precursor reaction temperature on the synthesis and microstructure of ZnTiO3 crystalloid was investigated. When the pH of the solvent is 2-3, the precursor reaction temperature is 35℃, Ti/Zn=1:1, and Ti/HB=7:1-6:1, pure zinc metatitanate powders can be produced by calcining xerogels at 800℃.
