摘要
通过对500 kV同塔双回线路湘云Ⅰ,Ⅱ线操作过电压和感应电压的计算以及带电作业时安全距离的校核,获得线路典型塔型带电作业最小安全距离下的危险率;提出带电作业进入电场的途径,在直线塔上采用吊椅或下横担绝缘硬梯法进入等电位,危险率<2.3×10-12,沿耐张串进入转角塔的等电位,危险率<5.8×10-8;理论计算和实际操作表明,在湘云Ⅰ,Ⅱ线可安全地开展带电作业工作。
By calculating the switching overvoltage and the induced overvoltage on the 500kV double-circuit transmission lines of Xiangyun Ⅰ Ⅱ and checking the approach distance of live working,the risk rate under minimum approach distance of live working on typical tower types was acquired.The live working methods of entering the electric field are proposed.The risk rate of entering the equal potential on the intermediate tower with suspending chair or insulating ladder under crossarm is less than 2.3×10-12.The risk rate of entering the equal potential on the angle tower along the tension insulator string is less than 5.8×10-8.The theoretical calculation and the practical operation prove that it is safe to perform live working on the transmission lines of Xiangyun Ⅰ Ⅱ.
