总结了在含氟单体和含氟聚合物的工业生产过程中,含氟单体的回收工艺的改进。改进方法包括增加了液循环真空泵,以及精馏系统,使得生产过程中含氟单体接近于全部回收,每年减少含氟单体的排放达30 t。
Improvements of recycling process for fluorine-containing monomers in industrial production process of fluorine-containing monomers and fluoropolymers were introduced.The improved measurements are including the increasing of liquid circulation vacuum pump and distillation system,which made the almost full recovery of fluorine-containing monomers in the production process,and emission reduction of fluorine-containing monomers was 30 t/a.
