(R)-卤芬酯中S-型对映体的HPLC法测定

Determination of S-Enantiomer in(R)-Halofenate by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定(R)-卤芬酯中S-型对映体。采用Chiralpak AD-H手性色谱柱,以正己烷-异丙醇(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长224 nm。(R)-和(S)-卤芬酯均在1～200μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.1%和99.7%,RSD为1.35%和1.47%。

An HPLC method was established for determination of S-enantiomer in（R） -halofenate.A Chiralpak AD-H chiral column was used with the mobile phase of hexane-isopropanol（90：10） at the detection wavelength of 224 nm.The calibration curves of（R） - and（S） -halofenate were linear in the concentration range of 1 - 200μg/ml.The recoveries were 100.1%and 99.7%,with RSDs of 1.35%and 1.47%.
