新型纳米材料量子点在生物及药学领域的研究进展

Progress of New Nanomaterial—Quantum Dots in Biology and Pharmacy

摘要 量子点是一种新型荧光纳米材料,具有独特而优良的荧光性质。近年来量子点合成及应用引起研究者的广泛关注,研究内容涉及到物理、化学及药学等多个领域。本文简介了量子点的合成方法,并主要综述了量子点在生物成像、生物分析以及作为药物载体等方面的最新进展。 The new nanomaterials—quantum dots have unique and excellent fluorescent properties.In recent years,synthesis of quantum dots and its applications in physics,chemistry and pharmacy have drawn much attention of researchers.The synthesis methods of quantum dots are briefly introduced in this paper.The progress of the applications of quantum dots in the fields of bio-imaging,bioanalysis and drug carriers are reviewed.
