基于不同比例的双刃切削的研究

摘要 基于PRO/E平台建模,将模型的.STL文件导入DEFORM-3D有限元软件进行仿真,在保证切削面积相等的前提下,选择主副刃参与切削的不同的长度比例,分析在不同的切削长度比例下,切削力大小的变化趋势,并通过三维切削理论公式定性进行分析。结果表明:在切削面积相等的前提下,当主副刃参与切削的长度比例为1:1时,切削力最小,仿真曲线的变化趋势与理论公式的定性分析曲线大致吻合,并证实了仿真分析的可行正确性。 Based on the PRO/E flat form,the mode which is in.STL file is transmitted to the FEM software DEFORM-3D.Under the premise of same cutting area,the difference of the main cutting edge to the side edge in the cutting process is chosen to analyze the trend of the cutting forces with the different proportion of cutting length which is also analyzed the theoretical formula of 3D cutting.It proves that the cutting force is the smallest with the premise of the same cutting area,when the main cutting edge to the Side edge is 1 to 1.And the change tendency of simulation curves is consistent with the theoretical formula of 3D cutting which is analyzed qualitativly,and it also attests the reliability of the simulation analysis.
