摘要
针对发生脆性断裂的钢板厚度拉伸断口进行电镜、金相分析,发现断裂处存在大量夹杂物聚集,经能谱分析主要是Nb、Ti的碳(氮)化物、MnS、Al和Ca的氧化物,在冶炼过程产生的脱氧产物及铸坯凝固过程中产生偏析,这些夹杂物是引起该钢种厚度拉伸脆性断裂的原因。
Aim at analyzing the tensile fracture in thickness direction where brittle fracture occurred by SEM and optical metallography,a number of substances in the fracture were found.By EDAX analysis shows that mainly Nb carbide(nitride),Ti carbide(nitride),MnS oxide,Al oxide,Ca oxide during the occurred segrgation in smelting process and the segregation during the solidification of casting slab.These inclusions cause brittle fracture of Q345GJC-Z15 steel thickness direction.
