摘要
自动气象站的机械设计主要是根据机械的基本结构形式进行设计。其设计一方面要满足总体对机械结构的功能要求,另一方面要配合电气和产品质量特性的设计,如环境适应性设计、电磁兼容性设计、安全性设计等,以确保达到这些质量特性目标。本文针对自动气象站的特点论述对机械设计的基本要求,把基本要求分成功能设计、质量特性设计、改进设计三个层次,以达到不同目标。重点论述机械设计与质量特性设计的配合,最终达到自动气象站的总体设计目标。
The mechanical design of automatic weather station is mainly determined by the basic structural form of machinery. The design, on one hand, meets the functional requirements of the mechanical structure as a whole, on the other hand,ensures the objectives of quality features by co-operating with the electrical and product quality,such as the environment adaptive design, electromagnetic compatibility design,and safety design etc. The article presents the basic requirements of the mechanical design according to the characteristics of automatic weather station, which are divided into three levels including functional design, quality feather design and improvement design, in order to complete the different objectives. It mainly focuses on the mechanical design with quality feature design for achieving the overall design aim of automatic weather station.
