摘要
为实现高效率的水陆运输安全监管,上海市交通运输和港口管理局采用现代化信息技术手段构建了一套监管系统,实现管理创新,取得了良好成效。论文从技术层面介绍监管系统的设计与实现,重点介绍其核心部分——通讯服务器的关键技术,该通信服务器采用多线程、多队列等技术,具有处理效率优、可扩展性强等特点。
The design and realization of land-and-water transportation security monitoring system are introduced technologically. The paper focuses on the hardcore—the communication server in which advanced technologies such as multi-threading and multi-queue are used to achieve high efficiency and scalability.
