南海市桂城水厂的节能措施——压力预测控制与CFD设计叶轮

摘要 依据现有管网SCADA数据建立出厂压力设定曲线,基于此作供水系统仿真,生成泵高效运行曲线参数为CFD设计制造新叶轮提供依据,制造符合要求后换装于原泵体内。试运行结果表明,千立方米水节电率达到7.62%;其中不合设计要求的新叶轮重做达到要求后,可实现10%以上的节电率(仿真目标)。 Setting the output pressure curve based on pipeline network SCADA databank is introduced. Based on this water supply system, high efficient operating parameter of pump is simulated to provide the basis for design and manufacture of new impeller with CFD. Trial operation was made in Guicheng Waterworks after a modified impeller was replaced into original pump. The result shows electricity saving rate per thousand ton could reach 7. 62% , the new impeller will reach 10 percent of electricity saving rate (simulated object).
