根据HT-L(航天炉)粉煤加压气化条件,选择低汽气比耐硫变换工艺和QDB-04型变换催化剂以适应甲醇生产的需求。通过对变换工艺流程的改造,变换工段各段的炉温和变换率的控制都较方便,为航天炉长周期稳定运行提供了保障。
Based on the conditions of the HT-L hanoi cating, a low steam-gas ratio sulfur-tolerant shift conversion an gasifier pulverized coal pressure gasifi- process is chosen, along with the QDB-04 shift catalyst, so as to be adaptable to the requirements for the production of methanol. By reforming the shift conversion process, it is more convenient to control the temperature and conversion rate of every conversion section, thereby ensuring the long-term stable operation of the gasifier.
