论煤气炉的技术改造

摘要 在煤气炉炉膛直径扩大的技术改造中,对炉渣过渡区和煤气炉高径比的认识存在误区。炉渣过渡区的主要作用是使燃料层稳定地向下移动,对提高煤气炉的气化强度和降低煤耗有非常重要的作用;而煤气炉高径比的下降,将影响气化强度的提高和煤耗的降低。同时强调了炉箅选型的重要性。 In the technological renovation of the extension of the diameter of the hearth in the coal gasifier, misunderstanding exists in the knowledge of the transition zone for slags and the ratio of height and diameter in the gasifier. The main role of the transition zone is to cause the fuel bed to move downward stably, playing a very important role in increasing the gasification intensity of the gasifier and lowering the coal consumption, while the decrease in the ratio of height and diameter in the gasifier will affect the increase in gasification intensity and the decrease in coal consumption. The importance is emphasized of the selection of the fire grate type.
