摘要 介绍了Amomax-10/10H型氨合成催化剂在Uhde三床层径向合成塔的卸出和装填情况,并概述了催化剂升温还原和运行情况。实际运行情况表明,Amomax-10/10H型氨合成催化剂具有活性高、低温活性好、起活温度低等特点。使用新催化剂后,氨净值提高1.22%,合成气压缩机和冰机蒸汽消耗分别下降5t/h和19t/h,循环量下降,多产氨0.5 t/h左右。 An account is given of the discharge and loading of the Amomax-10/10H catalyst in the Uhde three-bed radial ammonia convener, and a summary is made of the reduction by heating and operation of the catalyst. The actual operation shows that this catalyst has the special features of high activity, satisfactory activity at low temperature, and low activation temperature. With its use, the net value of ammonia rises by 1.22%, the steam consumption of the syngas compressor and the freezer decreases by 5 t/h and 19 t/h, respectively, the reeireulation drops, and ammonia output increases by 0.5 t/h.
