Jinchuan copper synthetic furnace is the first synthetic furnace which used for copper smelting in the world.It has been used for 5 years.With the process optimization and the improvement for equipments,the furnace had accomplished the high load continuous production,every economic indicator all reached control requirement.In this article,the process of controlling experiences and production practice characters which came from the production of synthetic furnace are expatiated in detail.
