摘要
闪速炉上升烟道出口粘接是闪速炉行业共同面对的问题,祥光采用"双闪"技术,上升烟道出口的结构不同于国内其它闪速炉,尤其是吹炼炉上升烟道出口粘接的控制在国内更是没有先例。最初的控制采用爆破法,由于缺点较多,严重影响闪速炉作业率,后来逐步试验通过局部过热的方法控制,通过调整天然气燃烧量或加入粉煤量消除粘接,通过一年多的试验证明局部过热法是解决此问题的最好办法,大大提高了"双闪"的作业率。
The adhesion on up-shaft outlet of Flash Furnace is a common problem faced by Flash Furnace industry.Xiangguang adopts "double-flash" technology,so its up-shaft outlet structure is different from other domestic Flash Furnaces.In especial,there is no domestic precedent for adhesion control on up-shaft outlet of flash converting furnace.Initially,we used blasting method to control it.But its shortcomings had a strong impact on furnace operating rate.Then,we tested local overheating gradually by adjusting natural gas amount or filling powdered coal to remove adhesion.Tests made in more than one year have proved that local overheating is the best way to solve this problem and highly improves operating rate of double flash furnaces.
