重锤式料位计在贵冶的应用

Application of Weighting Hammer Level Indicator in Guixi Smelter

随着自动控制技术的发展,物位计在冶炼、电站、石化、油田等工业领域得到广泛的应用。贵溪冶炼厂采用的是仓式配料法,为了掌握仓内物料的存储量(即物位),需要对其进行监测,如果仓内物料存储量的测量出现问题,就会影响到闪速冶炼的配料配比的准确性。本文主要介绍重锤式料位计的基本情况:工作原理、功能特点、使用场所、日常维护,以及在贵溪冶炼厂一系统熔炼车间配料仓与干矿仓上的应用情况。

With the development of automatic control technology,level indicator is widely used in smelting,power,petrochemical,oil and other industrial areas.In Guixi Smelter,warehouse-style blending method is adopted.In orderto to keep the warehouse storage of materials（ie,Level）,it needs to be monitored.If there are some problems occurred in the material storage warehouses measurement,the accuracy of the ratio of ingredients for the flash refining will be affected.In this paper,the basic situation of weighting hammer level indicator,including working principle,features,site of use,maintenance and the application in blending storage and dry warehouse of Guixi Smelter first system are all introduced.
