The integration mineral resource exploitation is an effective approach to improve the utilization of resources,to realize the maximum enterprise revenue and promote upgrade in industries.It is also the fundamental demand to adapt the globalization of mining industry and accelerate self-development of enterprise.In this article,the principles and methods which should be followed in the resource integration are discussed from seven aspects,and also the importance of scientific planning,intensive operation,extending industry chain,strengthening capital operation and independent innovation in resource integration are emphasized.
