The student employment guidance mechanism in vocational colleges has played a vital role now,but it also has many insufficiencies,namely the employment guidance work is not highly valued,the employment guidance arrangement lags,the content and form of the employment guidance are monotonous,and the scope of official duty of the employment guidance organizations is narrow. These insufficiencies are the impetus to innovate the student employment guidance mechanism in vocational colleges. The way choices of the student employment guidance mechanism innovation in occupation colleges are to establish and perfect entire journey mechanism of employment guidance,to innovate the contents to employment guidance,to innovate the forms of employment guidance,to establish and perfect employment guidance organizations,and to set up a powerful employment guidance institution.
