摘要
随着细分注水管柱井数及分注层段数逐年增多,分层测试难度越来越大,测试工作量逐年增多,能力与实际需要之间的矛盾进一步加剧。新的分层注水井高效测调技术与原测试技术相比,测试能力提高近一倍,在较大程度上缓解了上述矛盾。但是,近几年来随着注水井高效测调技术推广规模的不断扩大,逐渐暴露出一些问题,如,井筒污染未得到及时处理而急于施工、测调设备不能及时维修、联动测调仪器适应范围有限等问题。为实现大庆油田"精细分层、精细注水、水驱控递减"的开发思路,针对上述问题,从井筒质量改善、设备结构优化、测试技术完善等三方面不断攻关,提出了相应的解决办法。
As the number of wells using subdivision water flooding string and the number of separate flooding intervals increases year by year,testing in different layers gets more difficult and the testing workload increases.Now the testing capacity could not satisfy the actual needs.Compared to the original one,the new testing technology could be used to improve the testing capacity greatly.But as the high-efficiency flooding well control technology is popularized increasingly in recent years,some problems crop up,for example,the damaged wellbore that could not treated timely is put into operation in a hurry,the testing equipment could not be maintained promptly,and the linkage testing instrument is only applicable to a limited extent.To put the development idea of 'fine layering,fine water flooding,and decreasing by water flooding' into practice,this paper proposes corresponding solutions to solve the above problems by improving the wellbore quality,optimizing the structure of equipment,and enhancing testing technology,etc.
