离子交换树脂选择性系数探讨及在凝结水混床运行中的应用

Discussions on selectivity coefficient of ion exchange resin and application to mixed beds operation of condensate polishing

本文对离子交换树脂选择性系数两种表达形式进行了推导,给出了选择性系数计算的通用表达式,绘制了相关的离子交换理想平衡曲线和分率曲线,并从理论上分析了离子的"排带效应",最后对电站凝结水氢型混床、氨化混床运行进行了理论计算。对于有关文献中关于离子交换选择性系数易引起混淆的地方,本文给出了具体阐述,以利于实际应用。

Two expressions of ion exchange resin selectivity coefficient are transformed and a general equation to calculate selectivity coefficient is offered.Interrelated ion exchange ideal equilibrium curves and proportional curves are drawn.Eduction effect of ion is defined in theory.At last,the H-OH form and Ammonium form mixed beds are theoretical calculated.In this paper,some easily puzzled problems of selectivity coefficient in reference books are specifically explained.
