摘要
以深圳某酒店为例,通过把握该酒店企业连续三年的员工人数变化情况,从个人、酒店和社会三个方面分析了导致人力资源流失的原因主要是在酒店从业人员自身的观念、职业规划、酒店的薪酬、工作环境、用人机制、企业文化和高校专业人才培养等方面。在此基础上,提出了加强人力资源管理的基本策略,目的是为了提高酒店人力资源管理水平,减少人才流失,进而促进酒店业更好更快地发展。
The staff changes during the past three consecutive years were given as a case of GuangDong Hotel in Shenzhen.They were resulted from the following three reasons: personal,hotel's,and social.And further analysis stated that main reasons are the staff's ideas,career planning,salary system,the working environment,the employment mechanism,the hotel culture and the professional talent training,etc.according to those reasons,the countermeasures were given in order to improve the human resources management,to reduce the staff dimission,and promote the better and more rapid growth.
