摘要
利用废弃蛋壳为原材料,水热法合成碳羟基磷灰石(CHAP),通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析手段对其结构进行了表征,将CHAP作为维C的载体,研究其载药效果。结果表明:在pH为6、温度为40℃、负载时间1h,纳米微粒CHAP对初始浓度的50 mg/L维C负载量高达33.08 mg/g。因此,纳米CHAP作为载药载体有着巨大的开发潜力。
The characterization of drug-loaded Vitamin C by home-made carbonate hydroxylapatite(CHAP) synthesized by using abandoned eggshell was characterized by transmit selectron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy depressive spectroscopy(EDS).The result showed that the loading capacity for Vitamin C by CHAP nanoparticles could reach 33.08 mg/mg,when the initial Vitamin C concentration was 50 mg/L and pH was 3.0 and the loaded period was 1h at 40 ℃.Therefore,the CHAP nanoparticles have potential applications as a drug-loading carrier.
