摘要
系统开发主要包括PLC编程设计及组态监控开发两个方面。通过组态软件与PLC设备的连接与通讯,教师可以根据教学需要自行开发各种组态仿真控制系统,实现PLC编程教学的直观化。学生可以从计算机仿真中直观地体会自己编写的程序对现场生产设备的控制效果,并可根据组态仿真的结果不断修正程序,达到PLC编程学习的良好效果。
The development of this system includes PLC programming design and program development of configuration interface control.Through the connectivity and communication between configuration software and PLC equipment,teachers can develop various configuration simulating control system in order to achieve the implementation of PLC programming teaching in visualization.From the computer simulation,students can visually experience the effects of their program on production equipments at the scenes and modify their programmes to achieve the goal of PLC Programming according to the configuration simulating results.
