异常空心光束通过环形硬边光阑的传输特性 被引量:3

Propagation Properties of Anomalous Hollow Beam Through Annular Hard-edge Diaphragm

摘要 通过把环形光阑函数展开为复高斯函数的方法,利用柯林斯衍射积分公式,推导出了异常空心光束通过环形光阑的传输近似解析公式.通过数值计算,对异常空心光束通过圆环形硬边光阑的传输特性进行了研究.结果表明,衍射特性与光阑宽度、光阑内径等参数密切相关.其结果对控制光束和光学系统设计具有一定的参考价值. Based on the Collins formula, the paper has derived the propagation approximation analytical expressions of anomalous hollow beam through annular hard-edge diaphragm by the method of compound Gaussian function. It has also studied on the propagation properties of anomalous hollow beam through annular hard-edge diaphragm by numerical calculations. The results have showed that the diffractive properties relative with the width and inner radius of the diaphragm. The results can be applied to control beams and optical designing.
