摘要
医院管理部门作为医院运营的中枢环节和执行系统,是医院决策的具体执行层、推动层,其效能的高低,在很大程度上将影响医院整体运营的效率和效益。通过对医院管理人员绩效考核的现状和存在的问题进行分析,探讨医院管理部门绩效考核常见方法,提出医院管理人员绩效考核解决对策,为医院对管理部门的工作行为和结果实施评价提供参考依据。
As a central part and executive system of hospital operations,hospital administration is the actual implementation of the hospital decision-making and promotion.The level of their performance,to a large extent,will affect the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital operation.By analysis of performance evaluation of hospital management staff and their existing problems and exploration of the common methods of performance evaluation in hospital management,the strategies were proposed to solve hospital management personnel performance evaluation,which may provide the reference for evaluation of the behavior and performance of the management staff.
