On Reasons for Failure of the Soviet Union’s New Economic Policy

新经济政策是苏联在取消了"战时共产主义"之后实行的向社会主义过渡的国内经济政策,它为社会主义经济基础的建设起到了很大的作用。但是新经济政策却在1929年被废除了,这其中的原因是十分复杂的。本文将从列宁对待新经济政策的产物"耐普曼"的态度去更深层次的探讨列宁心目中的理想的社会主义是个什么样子,从而分析一下新经济政策失败的根本原因。

New Economic Policy is a domestic economy policy for Soviet Union’s transition into socialism implemented after abolishing＂wartime communism＂.It had played a very important role in the Soviet Union’s economic construction.But, in 1929,the New Economic Policy was abolished and the reasons were complex.This paper discusses what was the ideal socialism for Lenin from his attitude to MAH and analyzes the root causes for the failure of New Economic Policy.
