摘要
市场经济的不断深入,企业面临着前所未有的压力,通过内训为企业积极应对市场变化提供人力资源保障已为广大企业所共识。如何加强企业内训管理提高内训质量,是每一个培训管理者必须思考的课题,本文结合作者从事培训管理的实践提出运用工程项目中项目管理的理念来运作员工培训管理,并对实施过程进行了阐述。
With the deepening of market economy,enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure.It has become consensus of enterprises to ensure human resource provision by internal training to cope with changes in the market.How to enhance the internal training and improve internal training effect are the topics each training managers must consider.This paper raises the ideas to apply project management philosophy on the management of employee training with the author’s experience in management training.What’s more,it also elaborates on the implementation process.
