中国转型期腐败犯罪的文化成因——以儒家文化为视角

On Cultural Reasons for Crimes of Corruption in Transition Period in China

腐败犯罪的一个很重要的原因,就是中国传统的儒家文化的影响。表现为两方面,一是对于人性本善的假定,导致监督理念的阙如;一是家国同构的理念,使法律弱化,权力异化。

An important reason for crimes of corruption is the influence of confucianism in China,which was manifested in two respects.One is the hypothesis that human nature is origianlly good,which causes the lacking in supervision.Another is the idea of co-construction of home and country,which leads to the weakness of laws and dissimilation of power.
