企业社会责任是企业在追求利润最大化的同时负有的维护和增进社会利益的义务。当前我国民营企业生产经营活动中逃避社会责任状况仍较严重,已成为实现企业可持续发展的最大障碍,其原因可以从历史、法律、经济、政府管理和文化层面进行分析。履行社会责任是一个需要长期努力的过程,这个过程需要民营企业自身的觉醒,也需要政府和社会力量不断的启发和培育。
