摘要
在国内外学者对员工流动跨学科研究成果的基础上,用可拓学的基本理论,从员工与企业心理契约角度对员工流动进行了分类研究,分析了员工流失的原因,探讨了相应的管理对策,将心理契约的研究维度确定为交易维度、关系维度和发展维度,并据此提出了降低知识型员工和非知识型员工流动率的对策。
This article which used the extension theory study the staff turnover with the staff and enterprise psychology contract,based on the research of the staff turnover at home and abroad.Then,this text analyzed the reason of the staff turnover,discussed the corresponding management countermeasure,divided the psychological contract's research dimension into the trasaction dimension,the relational dimension and the development dimension.And lastly,the article propsoed the countermeasure which reduced the turnover of the knowledge staff and the non-knowledge staff according to the above.
