21世纪以来,高新技术产业迅猛发展,随着经济结构的调整,产业结构的不断升级,社会对高层次专门人才尤其是对高级技能型人才的需求剧增。高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线岗位需要的高素质专门人才的使命。高等职业教育应该采取切实措施全面实施素质教育,才能够适应时代的变化和社会的发展。

With the rapid development of high-tech industries,restructuring of economy,and escalation of the industrial structure,society increases the need to high-level professional personnel,especially to high-skill talented persons since the 21st century.Higher vocational education,an important part of higher education,shoulders the mission of training high-quality specialists in production,construction,management and service.Higher vocational education should take effective measures to carry out the education for all-round development,and only that can adapt to the change of times and the development of society.
