论研发合作理论的新进展

On progress of R&D cooperation theory

根据近年来SSCI收录的相关经典文献及工作论文,从理论研究及实证研究两个角度出发,对研发合作问题进行评述,指出有关研发合作的理论模型已得到不断充实完善,而实证分析仍有很大局限性,准确性也有待商榷,并展望研发合作相关研究的发展趋势。

Based on the recent literatures and papers in SSCI,the paper commented upon the issue of ＂RD cooperation＂ from the perspectives of both theoretical and empirical study.It pointed out that for the theoretical study,the models of RD cooperation had been continuously enriched and perfected,however,there still exist the limitations on empirical analysis and the accuracy should be discussed yet.At last,it looked into the further trends of the research on RD cooperation.
