行政伦理视阈下中国城市交通建设

Traffic construction of China's cities based on administrative ethics

针对中国城市交通中存在的问题,首先介绍中国当今交通问题的具体表现,然后从行政伦理的角度出发,深入分析城市交通所引发的伦理困境的原因以及中国城市交通建设的伦理理念,最后提出针对中国城市交通建设的对策和建议,认为只有坚持"以人为本"的价值理念,同时注重城市环境和综合交通体系的建设,城市交通才能实现可持续发展。

Facing the problems in the traffic of China＇s city,firstly,the paper introduced the current condition of the problems.Secondly,based on the administrative ethics,it deeply analyzed the reasons of ethical dilemma in the urban traffic and the ethical ideas in the traffic construction of China＇s city.Finally,it gave some suggestions which are according to China＇s city.Only by adhering to the value idea of ＂people-oriented＂,while paying more attention to the urban environment and the construction of comprehensive transportation system,China＇s urban traffic will get on the way of sustainable development.
