摘要
国内某采用环状导带的大口径榴弹在研制过程中,靶场试验时出现过近弹问题。通过实物检测和数值模拟综合分析,明确其原因是:由于收带质量不好,在导带挤进火炮坡膛过程中,导带后边翘起,弹丸再向前运动,火炮膛线又将导带重新压合,因为填充不规整,有飞边产生;弹丸出炮口后,导带受压突然卸载,后端某个部位翘起,增大了飞行阻力,造成近弹。通过加强导带槽辊花及收带质量控制,较好地解决了这一问题。失效分析过程和解决途径对类似技术问题有一定的参考价值.
A few pieces of large-caliber shrapnel with ring band were failed-shorter shooting distance,when they were fired by gun at the test site.The reason has been found out as following.When shrapnel was moving along the barrel under the action of power gas,the rear rim df ring band was upward.When the shrapnel flew out of the mouth of barrel of gun,the pressed ring band of shrapnel could be unloaded suddenly and expanded.Thus the flying resistance of projectile may increase,and then the shorter shooting distance can occur.Some efficient measures were taken.By strengthening the control to bands slots rolling and tightening quality of the bands,the failure of ring band has been resolved.The analysis of failure and solving method are valuable for the similar technical problems.
