摘要
推导了中心对称车辐式结构索力变化与索长误差的关系;基于可靠度理论,提出了一种通过控制一次二阶矩可靠度指标确定拉索索长误差限值的方法;结合深圳宝安体育场车辐式结构,给出了制索过程中索长的控制标准。研究结果表明:所提出的方法能够为车辐式结构的制作加工提供依据,保证初始预应力态索力的精度;控制拉索制作安装中的索长误差对于采用定尺定长设计与张拉的车辐式结构有重要指导作用。
Relation between the changes of cable forces of centrosymmetric spoke structures and the deviation of cable's length was achieved;based on the reliability theory,a method for controlling deviation in cable's length was proposed by limiting the first-order-second-moment reliability index;and criteria of control deviation in cable's length were made for spoke structural roof of Bao'an Stadium of Shenzhen.The study results show that this method can offer standards for producing cables of spoke structures,and can assure the accuracy of cable forces at the initial prestress state.Deviation control of cable's length in manufacturing process is significant to the construction process of spoke structure designed and tensioned in fixed size and length.
