摘要
对某石化企业1000kt/a FCCU(催化裂化装置)反应器的单级旋风分离器壳体断裂进行了失效分析。根据裂纹扩展路径推断主裂纹源在锥形段与直筒段间角焊缝上,该处焊接拘束力较大,破坏了材料的连续性,产生应力集中,是容易产生焊接裂纹和疲劳裂纹的策源地,是产生裂纹的主要原因。
This paper made analysis on the shell fracture of the single stage cyclone of the 1 000 kt/a FCCU reactor.Based on the crack growth route,it is inferred that the main crack source is on the fillet welding seam between the conical section and straight section,this area has a high welding binding force which damaged the continuity of the material,produced stress concentration,is the source prone to leading to welding crack and fatigue crack,and is the main cause for the production of cracks.
