直接接触式蓄能器的研制

Development of direct contacting accumulator

2010年大庆石油化工机械厂成功研制出直接接触式蓄能器。该设备填补了国内在这一领域的技术空白。直接接触式蓄能器内,润滑油和氮气2种物料直接接触,用不锈钢浮筒实施密封,工艺性能稳定可靠,是目前国内普遍采用的胶囊式蓄能器的换代技术产品。应用该技术生产的3台产品,通过了用户的生产线试验,2010年7月份正式投入使用。

Daqing Petrochemical Machinery Factory successfully developed direct contacting accumulator in 2010,which filled the domestic technical blanks in this field.Lube oil and nitrogen are directly contacted in the direct contacting accumulator and stainless steel floater is used as seal.The direct contacting accumulator,as a new substitute technology of capsule accumulator commonly used in China,has steady and reliable process performance.The three accumulators that have utilized this technology passed the experiment in the production line of the Daqing Petrochemical Company Fertilizer Plant and formally put into operation in July 2010.
