应用先进控制技术降低SO_2排放

摘要 文中对硫磺回收装置制硫炉酸性气波动较大、主配风手动控制影响了尾气加氢单元的安全运行等问题进行了分析。并对气风比控制困难的技术难题制定了相应的对策,利用先进控制技术解决了生产实际问题,该控制技术在国内同类装置处于领先水平。 This paper made analysis on the problems that the acidic gas in the sulfur production furnace of sulfur recovery unit has high fluctuation,the main air distribution is manually controlled,and thus the safe operation of the tail gas hydrogenation unit is severely affected.The corresponding countermeasure is made to the cause for different control of the gas/air ratio,the advanced control technology is used for solving the production problems,and this control technology is in the leading position among the similar units in China.
