摘要
讨论了无模型控制系统与DCS的通讯方案。设计了OPC接口与ModBus串口方式,给出了操作接口的功能设计。并对可能遇到的问题进行了分析,提出了解决的方法及安全保证的手段,实际应用效果良好。
This article discussed the communication scheme of model-free control system and DCS,described the ModBus Serial mode design and presented the functional design of the operator interface.It made analysis on the possible problems,and proposed solutions and security ensuring measures.The practical application has a good result.
