Concepts of Redology of Zhou Ruchang and Hu Shi

周汝昌先生直接承袭和充分发展胡适红学观念,将"写实自传说"、"高鹗伪续论"和"脂本真本观"作为三大主题贯穿于自己的红学研究体系;而对于胡适红学观念中的某些"合理内核",则不仅不予重视,反而遭到他的严厉批判乃至彻底否定。从而使其红学思想显示出极端的荒谬性和非科学性特征。

Mr. Zhou Ruchang directly inherits and fully develops the concepts of Hu Shi＇s redology, and puts the ＂Autobiographic＂, ＂pseudo continued high E＂ and ＂On the concept of the true fat＂ as the three main themes throughout his research system of redology; but some logical cores of concepts of redology of Hu Sbi are criticized sternly and even completely denied by Zhou Ruchang instead of taking them seriously. It makes his concepts ofredology show the characteristics of the extreme absurdity and nonscientific.
