Translation study has paid more attention to cultural influence. Inspired by the concepts of anthropology, environtology, etc, this article discusses the origin, formation, and the translation of the specific Australian English vocabulary in the perspective of ＂Environmental-Cultural Determinism＂. Thus, it reflects that the formation and transition of language is confined by the specific culture influenced by the social environment.
